At unshakeable, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 100 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

We want you to love your device. If it does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 100 days of delivery.

Return requirements:

• The device must be gently used or unused, clean, and in resellable condition.

• All original components must be included: device, charging cable, instruction manual, authenticity card, original box, and foam insert.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Missing components or damage may result in the return being declined or partially refunded.

How to start a return:

• Email info@unshakeable.com with “Start return” in the subject line.

• Include your full name, order number, and a photo of the product.

• We will provide return instructions and the appropriate warehouse address (U.S. warehouse for U.S. customers and international customers).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund for the product cost only will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Supplements & gummies return policy

unshakeable Sleep Gummies and unshakeable Calm & Relax Gummies may be returned within 100 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.

Return requirements:

• Products must be completely unopened with the safety seal fully intact.

• For health and safety reasons, opened supplement products are generally not eligible for return.

First-time purchase exception:
If this is your first purchase of a specific unshakeable supplement and it did not meet your expectations, we will accept one opened bottle per product type for return. This exception applies only to first-time purchases of each supplement product.

• We will provide the appropriate return address (U.S. warehouse for U.S. customers and international customers).

All other unshakeable products

Other unshakeable products, including accessories, may be returned within 100 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.

Return requirements:

• Products must be unused, clean, and in original condition.

• All original packaging and components must be included.

• Items must be suitable for resale.
